Mrs. Continents 2016

Kim Schiltz

Mrs. Continents 2016 Kim Schiltz is a native Nebraskan, and has spent the last seventeen years calling Omaha her home.  Kim is a devoted wife to husband, Steve Schiltz, and the mother of three;  Delaney and Isaac were born of her first marriage and her 2011 marriage to Steve added Judson to their blended family.

Kim is a hair stylist by profession, and co-owner of Authentic You Salon & Studio. Kim has been passionate about health and fitness for years and finds the gym to be the place that re-energizes her in the midst of a busy schedule.  She lives by the motto “Strong body, strong mind.”  This mindset led her to become a training and nutrition coach for Team M.E.A.T. - Make Everyday A Transformation.  She started competing in fitness competitions in the fall of 2015 and in May 2016 earned  IFPA Pro status in the bikini division.

Her goal for women personally and professionally is that they live transformed lives in body, beauty and being.  Kim is committed to reshaping the lives of women, and works with Omaha’s Open Door Mission's Work Net program, which is a program that helps men and women get back into the workforce after hardships. Thru her salon she is involved in helping them look and feel their best as they re-enter the workforce.

Kim became involved in the world of pageants in 2015 when she entered the Mrs. Nebraska United States Pageant.  She saw the event as something completely outside of her comfort zone, but felt it would help her grow personally to do something ‘outside of the box' and fell in love with the world of pageantry. She entered her second pageant and was then crowned the first ever Mrs Continents on June 10, 2016 in Las Vegas, NV.

As Mrs. Continents her goal is to encourage women to remember that they still have dreams and goals of their own, believe in yourself and that anything is possible at any age!
